Sneha Chury, Client Manager

Sneha’s professional explorations so far have been in areas of Brand Strategy, Brand Management, Consumer Behaviour & Insights, Marketing, Research, Training and Development. She started her career with the Times of India group as a founder member of the Economic Times in Campus program. She went ahead to discover the world of design and brands with Lemon Design, Pune. She also did a short stint in Digital marketing and social media management with Liqvd Asia before joining Landor. A dreamer and explorer at heart she wants to make this world an even better and a happier place in her own tiny way.

  1. Tell us about yourself

“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn’t do than by the ones you did. So, throw off the bowlines! Sail away from the safe harbour. Dream. Explore. Discover.” I am driven by this Mark Twain quote and love to approach life as an explorer. I like to learn new things and try out different experiences. I’ve done Improv Comedy, dabbled as a Voice-over artist (I was a RadioMirchi 98.3FM RJ runner-up during college), learnt basic pottery, made handmade paper and dreamcatchers, even painted a rendition of the famous Van Gogh painting Starry Nights. And the list goes on. I am a true-blue Mumbai girl, I completed my schooling from Bombay Scottish School, Mahim. I went ahead to do my BMM (Bachelor of Mass Media) from K.C. College and completed my PGDM from TSM, Delhi. My first job was with the Times of India Group, I was part of the founding member team of the Economic Times in Campus (ETiC) for MBA students. I went ahead to work with a design consultancy in Pune called Lemon Design and then did some Digital marketing at Liqvd Asia before joining Landor.


2. When did you join Landor and what made you apply to Landor?

I joined Landor in June 2019. I think I have always been in awe of all the expansive and inspirational work done by Landor, so that’s what fascinated me to join and of course Lulu!


3. In three words, describe your journey at Landor.

4. What is the one thing that you love most about Landor and that motivates you to keep going?

Team Landor. There is just so much to learn from each team member and the sheer passion across the network fuels me every day.



5. Your biggest learning at Landor

Keep learning, keep growing – every day is a new day, every day is a new opportunity to become a better version of yourself and translate that into your work.


6. The pandemic has pretty much changed the way we do things. Any new habits you’ve developed during the pandemic that helped you?

You mean apart from watching Netflix? During the pandemic, I came across a book called the 5 AM Club by Robin Sharma. I would highly recommend it to everyone. I have developed a new habit of waking up at 5:00 AM on most days except the weekends, and that has helped me tremendously in every aspect of my life.


7. What does Sneha like to do after work?

I am currently doing a #noscreen challenge for myself. So, I either pick up a book, spend time with my family or go for a run post work. I generally start and end my day with 10 minutes of meditation so after a long day at work, it’s the best way to unwind.


8. Any advice to aspiring Client Managers?

I think that as a Client Manager your role is to be a facilitator and to take ownership of the project. You become a guardian of the client’s brand and always take decisions that are in its best interest. I feel a client manager is like the conductor of an orchestra creating the perfect symphony with teamwork, collaboration, and detailed execution.
